These are photos of the cakes I've baked for my daughter Aimi over these years. All cakes were Moist Chocolate Cakes covered with Chocolate Topping and decorated with Mint Buttercream Icing.
The train cake was Aimi's first ever cake baked by mom. She was four. How time flies.....
